eSmart Tech provides Multi Alarm: Clock & FastTimer, an alarm-clock, countdown timer, clock, and optional local alarm-recording app.
Information stored on your device
Alarm and countdown times, labels, repeat weekdays, ringtone and vibration settings, appearance and language preferences, and saved presets are processed locally. If you enable alarm recording, the audio and file name remain on your device. Multi Alarm does not upload alarm labels, settings, or recordings to the developer, the purchase-verification service, or an advertising provider.
Advertising
The Google Play edition displays a Google AdMob banner until the optional one-time Remove ads forever purchase is verified. Google's User Messaging Platform is used to request consent where required. Google Mobile Ads may process IP address, device or advertising identifiers where permitted, app and ad interactions, and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention. Data transmitted by Google Mobile Ads is encrypted in transit. Google's processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Optional one-time purchase
No visible account or sign-in is required. Firebase Anonymous Authentication creates a random technical identifier for the installation. When you purchase or restore Remove ads forever, the app sends the anonymous identifier, a random app-installation identifier, package and product identifiers, app version, and Google Play purchase token over HTTPS to the developer's Cloud Run service. The service verifies the purchase with Google Play before granting the ad-free entitlement.
Verification records may include the anonymous identifier, installation identifier, package and product identifiers, purchase-token hash, order identifier when returned by Google, purchase status, verification result, and timestamps. Raw purchase tokens are used for verification and are not stored in Firestore.
Microphone and recordings
Microphone permission is requested only if you enable automatic recording for an alarm. Recording starts when that alarm rings and stops when you stop or snooze it. Recordings stay on the device in its shared Recordings/Multi Alarm collection and can be played, renamed, or deleted in the app. Shared recordings may remain after uninstalling until you delete them with the app or a system file manager.
Permissions and device capabilities
The app uses notification, exact-alarm, wake-lock, vibration, boot-recovery, foreground-service, and full-screen alarm capabilities to run user-scheduled alarms reliably. Internet and network access are used for advertising, anonymous authentication, and purchase verification. You can deny or revoke optional permissions in Android settings, although the related feature may stop working.
Retention and deletion
Local app settings remain until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Purchase-verification and entitlement records are retained as needed to restore the paid entitlement, process refunds or revocations, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, and meet legal obligations. Multi Alarm does not create a conventional user account. To request deletion or de-identification of server-side purchase-verification records, visit the Multi Alarm data deletion page or contact support@estech.com.au. Limited records may be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, accounting, or law.
Target audience
Multi Alarm is a general utility published for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.
International processing
Advertising and purchase-verification data may be processed by Google, Firebase, Google Cloud, and the developer outside your country or region, subject to the safeguards applicable to those services and legal requirements.
